The Zambezi Sun is a Southwestern adobe style property with an African flare. There are 212 guest rooms that circle around the main pool, dining, and lounging area. The buildings are two story high and feature warm and earthy architecture. The resort seeks to deliver an African walled village atmosphere.
Each room is air conditioned and decorated with Zambian artworks and accessories. Room amenities include a satellite television, hair dryer, and large comfortable bathrooms with a separate shower and soaking tub. The room circle the pool, dining and bar areas giving all guest easy access.
If you leave your room, close the patio door. Monkeys are quick to enter vacant rooms to look for sugar packets and other food. Although it is tempting to engage the monkeys, you should not because they are wild animals.
