Grand Canyon
The Grand Canyon measures 277 miles (446 km) in length and reaches depths of over one mile (1.83 km). It has traditionally been recognized as the largest canyon in the world until a recent discovery of a canyon in the remote regions of Tibet. The Grand Canyon still stands in wonder as visitors take in the awe inspiring colors and endless meandering of the Colorado River.
